We are able to work with different types of metals (aluminium, steel, pre-painted, brass, copper etc.) and thicknesses, with a production cycle that starts from the design and creation of drawings up to processes such as laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, assembly.

PUNCHING

Metal punching consists of cutting or drilling a sheet metal using a punch or die, whether it is of standard or special shape, based on the final project. Gruppo Prisma is able to offer a standard or special punching service, in order to satisfy any request.

LASER CUTTING

The laser cutting method that is applied today is done through numerically controlled and extremely precise machinery. The strength of laser technology certainly lies in its multifunctionality, in fact, it can work on different types of metal, both small and large thickness. Simple or complex geometries can be designed and created, based on a project created according to the customer’s needs.

EDGING

Edging allows to roll up the circular end of a sheet metal container, or create circular grooves on the surface of a cylindrical container in order to increase its resistance to internal or external pressure. Edging requires the complete 90° overturning of a thin sheet metal edge. This provides elegant and effective edge protection and stabilization of the sheet metal against possible bending, also creating an air conveyance system.

BENDING

Bending is a process that involves the permanent deformation of sheet metal through a bending action: by giving different shapes to sheet metal, it is possible to create many of the basic elements for the construction of artifacts for any industrial application.

ASSEMBLY

The assembly of sheet metal and semi-finished items allows us to provide a finished product, following the technical specifications, the choice of materials used and the operating methods estabilished by the customer. Thus creating a project that begins and ends within the same operating site, thus allowing us to maintain the high quality of the finished product.
