Over 20 years of experience
FROM 1996 TO TODAY
Advanced technology sheet metal processing.
All our metal products reflect the characteristics of ACCURACY, RESISTANCE, RELIABILITY;
Our first goal, as always, is to offer the highest quality thanks to our large fleet of numerically controlled machines with the latest generation technologies.

INDUSTRY 4.0
Gruppo Prisma has succeeded in introducing 4.0 technology, allowing us to monitor the operation of the machinery in real time, allowing us to highlight production inefficiencies and thus reducing machine downtime, energy consumption and waste of materials
PUNCHING DEPARTMENT
It consists of 3 AMADA AE 2610 NT punching machines with 45 stations, completely electric for sheet metal up to 3000×1500;
and an AMADA PEGA 357 punching machine with 54 stations for sheet metal up to 2500×1250

EDGING DEPARTMENT
1 NUOVA LUCAS edge banding machine for nozzles with a maximum height of 30 mm
1 RALC edge banding machine for nozzles with a maximum height of 100 mm
SUSTAINABILITY
We have replaced machinery that required the use of hydraulic oil, pressure pumps and cooling chillers that caused high energy consumption, with state-of-the-art, fully electric machinery
Furthermore, an important investment is represented by the purchase of an Erre Due nitrogen generator that powers our laser cutting systems, completely reducing CO2 emissions caused by transport for the supply of the same.
